Organisation, organising ability and leadership
The training will give you a possibility to develop your understanding for how organisations and leadership work. We show you examples from actual and concrete activities. The training will also give basic knowledge about labour legislation.
The technique of discussing and interviewing
This training addresses to everyone who will learn and develop the ability of understanding the psychological phenomena in situations where discussions and interviews are needed.
Adult learning in theory and practice
Due to changes in society and in labour market, new demands for competence are required. The training gives focus on basic pedagogical questions for adults regarding formal and informal learning processes.
Psychology in Labour and Organisation
The training will give knowledge about the implementation of organisational and labour market issues in order to develop and strengthen the role of the student in daily working life. The training combines theory with practical reality.
